During the first week of the first semester, students are required to take three refresher courses. These courses are intended to review essential concepts that will be needed throughout the first and second semesters. Each course lasts around three hours and focuses on summarising the main topics while providing examples. Please note that these courses do not carry any credits.

Students who are not familiar with one or more of these topics are strongly encouraged to review the following references over the summer.
