In France, the Act of July, 10 1987 instituted an obligation to employ disabled persons. In 2015, there were 2.7 million out of 41 million of people in working age, recognized as disabled from an administrative point of view. A person can be perceived as disabled if they have difficulties due to their physical or mental condition.
